Orders will be processed within 1-3 working business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email when your item has shipped. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
WHERE WE SHIP
Currently, we only shipping within the United States. We are working hard to get international shipping going for our incredible global community.
SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship our products via USPS (United States Postal Service).
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the address of delivery.
To calculate the shipping cost, add items that you wish to purchase to your cart. After entering your delivery details, a shipping quote is provided per shipping method during the checkout process.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Farmers Felt Market is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Before filing a claim, save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
LOST & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Farmers Felt Market is NOT responsible for lost packages. If a package cannot be delivered after being shipped (and is returned to us), the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Farmers Felt Market will not refund or resend orders delivered to the incorrect address if that incorrect address was provided at checkout.
IMPORT & ADDITIONAL TAXES/FEES
The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, additional taxes, or charges that the carrier and/or importing country may charge upon receipt.
