Change of Mind 

We are confident that you will love your purchase from Farmers Felt Market, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us within 10 days of the delivery date to begin the process. We do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For an item to be eligible for a return, the returning item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original and perfect condition. We reserve the right to inspect all products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return.

Felt Food Goods cannot be returned due to sanitation concerns. 

FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately. Only regular priced or seasonal sale items may be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a return does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. 

Refunds will be issued by store credit only. We will process your refund, less any shipping cost. 

We strongly recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage. Farmers Felt Market is not responsible or liable for items that are lost or undelivered. Please keep your tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package.



Only damaged or defective items can be exchanged.  In the unlikely event that you receive such an item, please email us within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, Farmers Felt Market can no longer be held responsible. 

Please provide a picture of the damaged or defective item along with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange for it to be returned and exchanged at our cost. You must contact us before returning a damaged or defective item.
